Appointment Booking
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system.
A valid email address and phone number are required when scheduling an appointment in order to receive confirmation and reminder notifications.
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a $20 late cancellation fee.
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice may also be subject to the same fee.
This policy allows us to respect the time of our clients and service providers.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
If there is insufficient time remaining to complete the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy may apply.
Deposits & Payments
Some services may require a deposit to secure the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows, but will be applied toward the total service cost when the appointment is completed.
The remaining balance may be paid in studio using:
• Credit / debit card
• Tap-to-Pay
• Approved digital payment methods
Membership Policies
Membership benefits may include:
• discounted service pricing
• priority booking access
• predictable monthly service scheduling
Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, then renew monthly until canceled. Unused services do not roll over.
Packages & Bundles
Service packages represent prepaid services purchased in advance at a discounted rate.
Service bundles represent multiple services performed within the same appointment.
Packages and bundles are non-refundable once purchased.
Packages expire 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Gift card balances may be used across multiple bookings until fully redeemed within the validity period.

Retail Products
Professional skincare and aftercare products are available for purchase.
Retail products are non-refundable once opened or used.
If you have questions regarding product selection, our team will gladly assist you with recommendations.
