At Nuda Sugaring Studio, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our guests. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact us.
Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy, we will email or text a reminder to the information on your profile and confirm your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Nuda Sugaring Studio is committed to providing exceptional service. When one guest cancels without sufficient notice, it prevents another guest from being seen. To avoid a cancellation fee, please call us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or less before the appointment will be charged a $20 fee.
Credit Card on File
Entering your credit card information is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged until the time of service, unless our cancellation, no-show, or late policy applies.
No-Show Policy
A missed appointment will be charged 100% of the total reserved service fee to the card on file. Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance by email or text message as a courtesy. However, it is the guest’s responsibility to remember their appointment.
Acknowledgment
I understand Nuda Sugaring Studio, LLC’s cancellation policy and will not dispute any charges made to my credit card on file if I do not show up for my reserved appointment or cancel my appointment outside the 48-hour cancellation window.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life happens. If you anticipate being late, please call the studio as soon as possible to let us know.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service modified or shortened at the discretion of the service provider. Full services may not be possible when the appointment time has been compromised.

Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Service Adjustments
We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest who leaves Nuda Sugaring Studio is 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments within one week of your last appointment. Nuda Sugaring Studio does not issue refunds on services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our guests and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Aesthetician or the owner within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. Please note that Nuda Sugaring Studio does not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with service.
