Membership Policy
Overview
NUDA Sugaring Studio & Aesthetics offers monthly memberships for Brazilian and Brazilian + Underarm sugaring. Memberships provide savings compared to single services and occasional promotional perks may be offered, such as priority booking and member-only discounts.

Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change. NUDA will provide notice of material changes in advance (for example, by updating the website and/or emailing members) before changes take effect.
Changes required for legal, tax, or security reasons may take effect sooner where permitted.

The Single Sugar Membership includes 1 Brazilian sugaring service per month. Unused membership services roll over to the next month and remain available for up to 1 year from the accrual date, as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. Rollover services may be used toward a sugaring service of equal or lesser value than your membership service. They may not be applied to a more expensive service.
The Double Sugar Membership includes 2 membership services per month: 1 Brazilian and 1 Underarm sugaring service. Unused membership services roll over to the next month and remain available for up to 1 year from the accrual date, as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. Rollover services may be used toward a sugaring service of equal or lesser value than the membership services. They may not be applied to a more expensive service.
Memberships are month-to-month. You may cancel after the first two billing cycles.
Yes. As long as your membership is active and in good standing, unused services will roll over to the following month and will not expire until 1 year from the date they were accrued.
If a membership is canceled, frozen, or becomes past due, all unused benefits and rollover credits expire immediately.
Rollover service benefits may be used toward any membership service or a less expensive service. They may not be applied toward a more expensive service.
No. Memberships and all membership benefits (including rollover services and perks) are non-transferable and may only be used by the member whose name is on the account.
How do I update or change the credit card on file?
Log in to your Appointment + Memberships Account, select the "Credit Cards" section, then select "Add Card." After your new card is added, go to "Memberships," select your membership, and select "Update."

You may freeze a membership for up to 3 months. Log in to your Appointment + Memberships Account, select “Memberships,” choose the membership you wish to freeze, then select “Freeze.” During a freeze period, membership benefits cannot be used. You must request a freeze by the end of your current billing month for it to apply to the upcoming billing cycle. Any accrued and rollover benefits remain on file and become available again when the freeze ends.
To cancel, log in to your Appointment + Memberships Account, select "Memberships," choose the membership you wish to cancel, then select "Cancel."
You must cancel by the end of your current billing month to prevent automatic billing on your next charge date. After cancellation, any remaining and accrued membership benefits are no longer available.
